Can any one clarify what intigold's relationship is with SLI? I'm slightly confused about the news release.

From the way i see it:

All of the board of directors sit on both sli and intigold

Intigold directors were only nominated in December 2010 AGM (new company).

Intigold as a company doesn't actually appear to have any history of exploration

Intigold recently did the exact same deal with sli in the "Cueva Blanca Gold Property" where by:

"St. Elias owns 100% of the Property. Intigold has entered into an agreement with St. Elias to acquire an option to earn a 60% interest, subject to a 1.5% net smelter return royalty (“NSR”), in the Property

In April 2011 intigold recently did a "Non-Brokered Private Placement" Raising Gross Proceeds of $1,200,160?? (was this funded by sli or board of directors?)

Interested to find out peoples opinions on this, will sli keep spinning out parts of tesero to intigold? How does this benefit sli shareholders?
