Don,t forget, make sure everyone gets their proxies.

Currently we will have to vote on one spin-off.

I suspect there may be other important issues to be voted on that will be added to the vote.

Don,t forget, every vote counts, and even if you have only 100 shares, you have 100 votes. Most, if not all here, realize how big this may be, you might want to be able to vote on your future.
