Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
If we take an average of 600m being trenched per week, that puts us up to approx 9000m or 9 km done to date. We have no news saying that trenching has been completed, so I am guessing its still ongoing. If you look at the surface dimensions above the anomaly, (I beleive its something like 1800m x 1700m) and figure doing a trench every 25 m to prove up the property in its entirety, that would take over 122km. I do not beleive our trenching will be this intense, I am just throwing the numbers out there so that the scale of this program can be appreciated.
There will also, on top of the Anomaly trenching, have to be trenching in between the A-4 C-1 AREA, AND between the A-4 Zona Sur areas. We are trying to prove that these areas are connected by veins under the overburden of ash. Proving any connections will be very important as it will add to estimations of resource.
In my conservative calcs, there should be at least 4 - 300m holes drilled by now. If I go by the date of the NR. IMO, there are so many speculative rumors started in this stock, that maybe its best to just go by the Factual NR,s. There are rumours out there that we have been drilling long before the drilling news release. I don,t know if these rumours are true, but Lori was within regs to not even disclose we were drilling, if she chose.
I would imagine she has at least 4 drill cores to look at right now. I would imagine she will be getting numerous soil and bulk samples shortly too. I would imagine that as she receives data, that it is instantly passed to McEllahnney(not sure of the spelling), to input in a block model, whereas thats what Mc does. She is gonna know long before us what she is actually sitting on, and Mc,s model is what the industry will want to look at. To keep up partially with what she is seeing, we are gonna need the trenching/drilling results released publicly so we can do the math on it.
At this point in time, I would imagine Lori has a very good idea whats in the anomaly in the lines of grade. I say this because there are at least 3 methods that I will mention that are quicker than waiting for assays.
1) nitron analyser, an x-ray gun you can run over the cores and get grades within minutes, its crude, but will give you a pretty good idea of the grades.
2) informales/visable interpretation;
It has been said by Brophy in at least 2 reports that the informales are excellent at estimating gold grades in visable gold carrying material. Also, a well seasoned geo, like the ones we have, can sometimes be very close on what grade a rock contains if there is visable gold present,
3) On site sampling;
You can sample material on site, this can be done as quick as a couple hours if you are dealing with the easily separated gold of the top 80m.
This is all in my opinion, and I have made assumptions in this post.
