Correction
Its been awhile since we looked at the copper aspect and I had to do some digging to get it straight in my mind again why we were not too concerned with the copper. The sample in the NR is 5.5% copper, BUT it was an anomalous sample and when we averaged the grades out for the Canchete area, the copper grade was only 0.517%, still barely economical by itself. It can be mined in that area as a by-product of the gold if the separation process is not too costly. In the A-4 area, above the anomaly, the average copper grade was only 0.038%, NOT economical.
Here is further testament that we are a suspected gold play, this is taken from the last tech report;
The research, site visit,
Property inspection and data compilation conducted with respect to this Report, have lead the
author to the conclusion that the Tesoro Property represents a solid gold exploration target that
warrants a systematic and phased series of mineral exploration programs to adequately appraise
the Project’s economic potential.
