If the conditions are anything like we put up with supporting the Chinese drilling in Sudan, back in 98, then 'working conditions may be poor' is an understatement. Oh, and a little off topic for this thread, the drillers here in Labrador pulled in over 100 meters of core in a 12 hour shift. They are averaging 60 a day.
