I tend to agree with you partially Goldenboy. In fact I have expressed concerns and frustrations on this board throughout the summer. I don't think that a hostile takeover bid would work with SLI. There has been so much DD done and the shares are so closely held, that the insiders and the members of this board would probably be able to reject a bid if Lori says it is not good enough for us.

I don't know why the holdup with NR's but the AGM is fast approaching, and I suspect that a lot of the NR's will be around that date in order to get the most "bang for the buck" in promoting the company.

Anyway, keep the faith a little while longer.
