There is also somewhat of a delay on known but important information that is expected and needs to be desiminated to the shareholders as we have been waiting sometime for:

1. The new web site has been under construction since Dec. 7, 2010 at least (as posted by Hogtown in the Library Link). This is taking way to long to complete.

2. Announcing the closing of the most recent private placement. For a placement the was quickly oversold, as some of the regular posters have said. I would have expected this to be closed shortly after it was annouced.

3. The AGM, word of mouth has it, that Nov. 17th is the date, but still no offical word. Last years AGM was Nov. 25th and it was annouced offically on Aug. 26th. I'm not booking flights until I see the date on SLI letterhead.
