Greaser;
Good post, as I believe you touched on what is probably as close as anyone would get to what Lori has in her plans but is not allowed to post or announce.
There is more to her position than "just aquiring, proving up, and selling properties." There is strategic planning, including selling what she has proved up.
There is splitting off what we do not have proved up, while still keeping it in the possession of those who have been with SLI since day one.
There is enticing buyers to the initial 5000 acre find in Tesoro without giving away the other 12,000 acres of prime property for a song.
There is the business of buying more properties in Canada as Sculpin showed in a very recent post, and keeping them in a company still owned by ALL SLI investors.
There is splitting off the remaining Peru properties so they don't get given away with SLI if thats the way she has to sell it.
Then there is the business of just running a multi million dollar venture exploration company, along with the Government regulations and shareholders such as us wanting to know her very next move.
Sounds easy ---just walk a mile in her shoes and see if you have the patience to do every thing we expect her to do.
I for one am glad she is doing it ---not me.
Just a little insite from someone who has run companies for the past 30 years, and knows its not quite as simple as one might think.
Relax, sit back, let Lori do what she does, best ---Manage this company.
