Message: What Would You Sell Your Shares For ???

Over the past several weeks or so, I have been asked by many of the people I got to invest in SLI--"When should I Sell" ??? or " How much is enough" ??? The answer we are looking for varies for every person involved in the stock, depending on your risk tolerance as well as your need for cash.

I will give my opinion based on the DD I have read and would certainly invite opinions by others. All opinions are enjoyed by all and judged on their own merit. Everyone of us has our own reasons to sell or hang on, but one thing is for sure---none of us should sell without knowing all the facts.

If you consider the Aurelian sellout, where management was accussed of an inside deal, where they sold out the common guy too cheap, you have to ask yourself ---Can that happen to me ??? Well, the answer I keep coming up with is ---not if we are well informed.

That is exactly what this board, and our hub leaders have been attempting to do---keep us informed enuff so we don't sell out too cheap. I'm sure Lori is concerned with that as well, and I believe that is why she keeps her cards and decisions so close to her chest-- but that is just my opinion.

I personally know of people who bought in at .10 cents that would be happy to sell off a huge portion or all of their shares for $10 dollars. I also know of people who bought in at $2 dollars that would be peed off if we accepted an offer of $10 dollars.

The danger in either case is that if we have a vote by shareholders on a sellout offer, and it is passed by 66% of the vote casters, we could be sold off too cheap--the same way Aurelian was.

The way I see this whole play being acted out by the various players is --that there are four groups of participants . They are:

1. Gold Explorers---SLI and other prospectors---this is all SLI shareholders

2. Gold Miners---Barrick Gold and others like them. They separate gold from raw ore.

3.Gold Buyers--- Manufacturers, Governments, Banks, and Common People

4. Gold Manipulators-- Shorters, and Stock Players such as "anonymous"

Gold Explorers like SLI explore for gold outcroppings, stake claims, raise funds by selling shares to people like you and me, and hope they can get enuff funds to get a trench and drilling program completed so they can sell off "proven reserves" and "inferred reserves". They pay considerably less money for inferred reserves because they are not backed up by a trench and drill program and a corresponding 43-101 report.

Gold Miners like Barrick Gold actually buy the Explorers proven and inferred finds based on the results from their proven trench and drill program. They the set up crushers, mills, floatation cells, dryers and electroplating units to turn the collected gold into pure or nearly pure product for the Gold Buyers. They also collect all other precious metals that are produced in the process as part of the profit picture.

How Does This Relate to Share Value.??? Like This.!!

If we are well enough informed on what we have in our resource pool, we know that what Lori is trying to do is sell off ONLY property that has been proved up. As an Explorer, she knows how hard it is to find great plays. Properties such as Vilcoro, Cuerva Blanca, the Canadian Properties, and even the 12,000 extra acres attached to the to the Tesoro will not bring a lot of value to the buyout cuz --- They are NOT proven up by a trench and drill program --- they will be labeled as inferred value and not a lot of money will be allotted to the purchase of them. The Miners pay top dollar for proven reserves only. The Buyers only pay for pure product, not the unproductive overburden that has to be removed to get at the real gold.

The Manipulators know these things and try to get the investors in the Explorers company to sell off their shares cheap before the claim is proven.

Now for the finale!!!

If the DD proves to be correct ( and I'm sure it will ) and we have 126,000,000 ounces of Gold in the Ground in the one anomoly on Tesoro, and we have 126,000,000 shares outstanding in SLI, then that calculates out to be one ounce per share.

Gold is selling at $1,800 per ounce today, and if the buyer of Tesoro gives us a 50% finder fee, or $900 dollars per share --- then selling out for$10 dollars or even $100 dollars per share would be nothing short of blissful ignorance. Especially if we get to keep the balance of the 12,000 acres, the Canadian properties, the Vilcorro and the Cuerva Blanca properties.

Sooooo --- thats the way I see it, and thats the reasoning I gave my Duck followers. Your patience is about to pay off in a verrrry healthy way and will probably spell retirementfor many of you. I hope this helps some of the newbies as well as installs some confidence in some of the doubters.

I encourage you all to be very dilligent about your decision to sell cuz I'd hate to sail out of port with a dingy instead of a 6000 passenger Cruiseship Christened the SS St. Elias loaded with Lime Beer, Fine Whiskey, Pina Colladas and Fine Wines.

Take care, good luck and enjoy the final ride !!!
