From my experience, acquisitions tend to favor the top tier more than the lower tier of investors and do not provide the type of "per stock" payout that I have seen estimated on the boards.

Not sure what your asking. Could you expand. Sounds like its an issue with not trusting management to hold out for a good buyout price so that the shareholders with few shares dont make much money
