Management discussion and Analysis off of Sedar

Under Selected Annual information on page 7 there is the following statement

The company has not paid any dividends on its common shares. The company has no present intention on paying dividends on its common shares, as it anticipates that all available funds will be invested to finance the growth of its business.

Hmm that blew out my theory. I hope they do but i guess you never know because i tend to read to much into this legal mambo jambo.
