I just thought I'd add to Sculpin's comments.... a while back Murry said there was 10 to 12 Major's that were looking at SLI and they even had to kick one of them off of the Tesoro property. Given that there were some Major's already looking at SLI a while back, it would make sense that a Non-Disclosure agreement is in place because Lori could be working out something with one (or more) of the Majors right now (IMO).
