I have bought from I beleive .43 right up to $2.48. Probably a $1.50 average price.
Yes, we held up good and I think we should continue. I agree that as time goes on, risk lessens with us. But, at this point, I beleive our sp has some catching up to do to, to the added value.
You see, the more advanced a property is, the more it is worth. We have advanced almost every property we own in the last 12 months, if not all of them. We have advanced 7 properties, while I believe the other 3 have been advanced through option agreements. We have done all this since Gluckenstein put a $2.70 speculative target price on our sp. So yes, the risk should have somewhat diminished if you compare todays sp with this price.
I think also what helped us ; was when the shorters tried to drive the price down but was met with longs buying the stop loss shares and holding up the price.
