For what its worth, I think this subject came up(about management wanting more options approved at the AGM) with at least 3 different investors that I have talked to in the last few weeks as well. I also received at least 1 pm about this very subject.

BUT, I am thinking Lori will have good news before then OR at least a good reason for all the news being withheld.

As someone else here said, I don,t think Lori would want to have the AGM with a bunch of disgruntled investors steering her in the face. IMO, the onus is on Lori to give us something. I beleive Lori is very smart and wouldn,t even think about asking for more options if there was no news to justify that kind of reward.

She has worked hard for us for the last year, she just did a poor job of displaying her hard work to the shareholders. But maybe she couldn,t release that info, but tried to throw out hints.

When Lori first took this company public or took over the reigns, she became accountable and responsible to her shareholders. There are regs and guidlines she must follow, and she knows that, so lets don,t give her a hard time now and wait and see what she gives us.Then if investors are not happy (which I am thinking they will) your can show your discontent by voting your shares at the AGM instead of online. You have a vote and are PART of this company, don,t forget that.
