IMO and i could be wrong but the surface was done as a project, and after the project is done and they get the final assys back they have a month to report the findings, well it is very easy for management to extend the whole project so they are were still getting info back from the lab giving them as much time as they need before they have to report the findings. I do believe they have Non Dis agreements in place, but don't believe this is the reason for no results, its more a smart person taking advantage of the rules so she can release stuff on her time table, but in the mean time they have the bulk of the results back that they needed. The reason i don't think that it is a deal in the works that is holding us up, is because nothing would ever be signed before the deep drills are done and that is a couple months before we get the results back, and i cant see lori giving us nothing before next year.

I just think people are over thinking ever thing that happens ie like lori saying "right now" in the interview, she might have just meant being interviewed by forbes at that moment made her feel as she has made it?? but she did mention tesoro which is good. Hope to get info very soon, we have waited long enough, and i hope i am wrong about a deal going on, just think its premature.
