ATB as far as i know does not offer brokering services, but forwards their clients to Questrade. Not sure what this fellows position is within ATB. As you stated, the 43-101 does ensure legitimacy within the findings. I've been told BRE-X too when I bring up SLI with older investors. It's a valid concern, but I think we are in a slightly different possition today and investors can hold higher faith with all the information available to us.

FYI I was with ATB for 20 years and finaly pulled out because of things like this. Their operation seems.....behind the times.
