I have 2 points to add to this conversation from what I heard at Wednesdays meeting;

1. Lloyd is Lori's husband.

2. Murry mentioned that SLI intends to expand the number of board members and to bring in people who are appropriate (experience/arms length) of a company of this value (and growing!). He also mentioned that he agreed that SLI management, in his opionion, should not be responsible for setting their own compensation levels.

Also my opinion;

I see this management set up as a normal example of a start-up company that is in a growth stage. This small, tightly knit team has been 'SLI' and have brought this company this far, I trust going forward they will do thier best in the interest of all owners (including all of us who are feeding the growth with our $$). I agree starting the conversation now is good timing but I wouldn't expect them to sacrifice our 'other' objectives by directing their time and energy on this at the moment. I'd like them to be proof reading the PR's that we are all waiting for!
