Just a cautionary note here folks. This is a Venture Exchange company and under Venture rules, Independant Directorship is not necessary. Considering the votes that management hold, I doubt you can change that.

That being said, qualifying for listing on the bigger boards,( not sure if it applies to AMEX) does necessitate Independant Directorship. Also considering Murry's reported comment re adding Directors, maybe we're already moving in that direction.

When you invested in SLI, I hope you realized you were getting in on the Vulture Exchange (Crapshoot), We're growing and there's a lot more to this company than Tesoro, but don't expect it to grow up overnight.
