Well it looks like the new board is not changing much. They are going from 4 to 5 on the board. And we will be voting on Murry and the new addition Tina page 105 of the report.

Also it looks like lori got 950,000 units of the private placement page 30 of the report.

The report is long and lots of info. And lots not there.
