A few facts:

1. We are not Barrick or Kinross and will never be. SLI is an E&D sitting on a very hot, potential deposit and a couple others maybe.

2. We all want Tesoro proven and sold as quickly as possible

3. Insiders hold a third of the shares

4 You got to figure Lori holds 20+ million shares and direct influence over another 20 million more

5. In the 6 and a half years I've been here Lori has done exactly what she wants when she wants. And you actually think that is going to change in the next 12 months.

6. You guys are right - shareholderrs own the company. Just stop for a minute - who has all the shares.

You're wasting our time here. Lori is obviously working for the shareholders interests - duh. She's the largest shareholder. At $50 sp she's a billionaire, at $100 a share she's a billionaire twice over. How rich do you think she wants to be?

Just cool your jets and let her focus on shareholder value instead of having to defend HER company and management style.
