With so many member on this forum we might just be able to break this whole thing down and then "assign" different tasks to different members. We need to identify the questions that need to be asked at the AGM first and then do our own DD so the board of directors can't just dance around the questions with silly little half truth answers. Just a thought, i would be willing to look at any part although i still need to read the document. Monday morning at work seems like a good day to do this.
