I have been talking with our CFO, had a great discussion actually. A very bright and efficient individual, I might add. He could answer every question precisely and without haste.

Anyhow, don,t get too concerned about the $2.5 million allocated to the General and Administrative Expence colunm in the circular for 2012. This figure is comprised and derived from the previous years, to provide an estimate. Also, at this time exploration costs are also a part of that $2.5 million. Keep in mind its only an estimate based on the amount of funds available at the time of the circular. This allocation of funds is transferrable to other columns if desired through the year. So, look at it as a combined summary to deduct the columns down to a low number for simplicities sake.

We cannot draw any conclusions from this figure having anything to do with a buyout. I am not saying there would not/could not be a property sale in the near future, I am just saying that we cannot use it as a clue.
