Fellow Investors;

A question that comes to my mind every day, as Im sure it comes to your mind is--why are we not getting any news to boost our SP. ?? This is no doubt a repetition of what I have posted in the past,-- but I am still not convinced its ever been about the Share Price. I firmly believe that the amount of shares you own are going to be important, but unless you sell those shares to get your return on investment, it really does not matter that they are valued at $2 dollars or $10 dollars or even $100 dollars. Let me clarify that.

If-- St Elias sells off the original 5000 acre portion that we have proved up with drill and trench results for lets say--$50 per share, and you have 1000 shares, that would give each shareholder in St Elias $50,000 dollars worth of value for every 1000 shares they own.

Now that money would belong to St Elias Mines as a company, not you personally, but--- look what it will do for your SP at that point. With 125 million shares outstanding in St Elias, and a bonus cash input of $6,250,000,000 ---thats right Six billion, 250 million dollars-- do you think your shares would only be worth $2.49. I think not.

Do you think that with $6.25 billion dollars in the bank, that we as shareholders would not vote to pay a dividend to every shareholder??? I think so.

And--- if you did not sell your shares, --- and waited until we proved up our other properties, and we repeated the scenario above several more times----do you think you would have it in your heart to "Forgive" Lori for the lack of news. I think so.!

I believe with every ounce of will in my body that we are sitting on the "Largest Gold find in History" as many of you do---but I also think that something of this magnitude has to be handled with kid gloves so we don't get sold down the road too cheap. I believe Lori sees it that way as well.

Keep your chin up, your faith strong, and your trust firm, it will reward you. As Ive said many times before---Its not IF---its When. Still taking bookings on the celebration cruise aboard the SS St Elias.
