Anyone see the disclosure at the bottom of his article on Seeking Alpha.

"Disclosure: I am short SLI.V, MYT.L, MAXD.OB, HOKU, GACR.PK, CRVW.PK, PDX.L, KIOR."

He is not a NEWS person but a trader with a short position and a reason to create instability in the mentioned companies.
