It was because Murray accidentally told someone that he was allowed to post it here. In the past it's been ok. How ever this time Murray did not know he was not supposed to give us shareholders that info. I personally think Lori called the blackout to make sure thier were no reasons this stock would have any dispuits with the SEC. Hense the reason the "Corporate Update" came out.
