Also, it has also been stated that a listing on the AMEX can not be completed until after the AGM and the Haveila spin-out has occurred. Could it be the results are ready, but Lori hasn't asked for the results yet?

We have always said that the AMEX listing would be the most logical next step for the maximum splash. Just my 2 cents...
