That does not make any sense to me, and I'd be willing to bet the farm that that is not the reason for the Blackout. A Blackout would have perhaps been put in place for this before the original NR regarding Havilah, but not prior to a shareholder's vote. Can someone please back me up on this? Yes you're right though IOU, the NR that was released had nothing to do with the Blackout, we are still waiting for that (or possibly those) NR, but there are many possibilities that make a lot more sense then having a blackout in anticipation of the Havilah vote (they have all been mentioned numerous times on this board).
