Mopar IMO there is nothing that shareholders are voting on that is really material other than the spin out of the BC properties. While it is the shareholders company, management are substantial shareholders. Management does not succeed unless the company succeeds and accordingly all shareholders (long) succeed. We are not voting on a sale of Tesoro without results. As I said in a previous post McDonalds does not ask shareholders what the next food item should be, management makes business decisions in the best interest of the company
