If Lori has excellent reasons to beleive this is gonna be huge, we have 2 choices.

!) Keep our mouths shut and tag along for the ride.

2) Sell our shares and walk away from something that may be huge.

Both ways, Lori wins. There is only one way we all win.

Common sense tells me it may not be wise to vote against anything on that Proxy. Mine will be all "for".
