Any share price other than the current market price is purely speculation. There is plenty of information about the property in the link library to come up with your own numbers. I've been over the info dozens of times and that is why I'm invested here and also why I'm not one of the frustrated one. If I was frustrated I wouldn't be invested, nor would I complain about it. I would simply move to something else. But then again,, thats just me!!
