I very new to investing and thus far have invested only in companies and industries I understand....oil and gas. Mostly playing the shorts ....I think you call it....to increase my portfolio. So far I have had moderate success at that.

A friend and I were having coffee one day and he suggested I check out SLI. I did some research and decided to invest some of my portfolio. I have been diligently following this forum...reading every post....following every link....tryihng to learn more about this industry....and this company.

I have become increasingly excited by the information that I have read. I understand that everyone is (im)patiently waiting for the drill results to be made public. But.....the activity on this forum has dropped off dramatically.....is it that...no news....thus nothing to discuss except rehashing the same things time and again.....or are some of you nervous about the implications that the lack of any news release could mean?

Curious new investor....seeking insight from the voices of experience..........
