Hello all,

I am a UK based shareholder. I've been trying to submit my votes through the company with whom I bought my SLI shares, however I have today received the below reply:

"Apologies for the late notification, we have been trying to lodge your votes with the Companies Registrars.

Unfortunately, with this particular foreign stock proxy voting is not available to us and they are unable to accept the voting instructions that we submitted on your behalf."

If I cannot submit my voting directions, can anyone advise what would happen to my votes and my shares?
