I got this from warrantlessbob, on the PRB hub, here on Agoracom. It is a reply from the OSC regarding another company, but it does apply to us and maybe will show us a clearer picture on Timely Disclosure. Right from the horses mouth.
2. Reply from OSC regarding LSG assays -
"As you are aware, there are no provisions in the Securities Act (Ontario) or its regulation that establish a time frame for reporing issuers of mining companies to release assay results. However, there are provisions surrounding the disclosure of material changes...It is the responsibility of the reporting issuer to determine whether an event is material...Reporting issuers must immediately issue and file a news release on Sedar and as soon as practicable, but within ten days of the date on which the changes occurs, to file a material change report.
