The executive operates under normal course of business or everyday business that they use their own discretion. We do not have a say in this, this is where management works in our best interests. If something drastic happens, then we could have a say, but it would take a lot of red tape to go through to get to the point to see if anything could be done. Management is working in our best interests, and we have to have faith in them. Everyone makes mistakes, but thats ok as long as something is learned from them, they are straightened out promptly and things move ahead.

I have been over anxious in the past, but now realize due to unforseen circumstances, that things may take longer. I also realize that Lori may not be able to give us all the info she has because it could jeopardize the strategy going forward. Having said this, we wait until her discretion says its time.
