My understanding is that a dividend amount will paid out for every share you hold at the time the deal is signed....... The $$ amount is Anyone's guess. Speculation ranges from $50-1000 per share. Comes down to how much the property is purchased for. .... If I'm wrong.... Please someone correct me. :).
