Message: Deep Drilling

Apparently the deep drilling will not be done in the giant anomaly. As of yet, I don,t know where the deep drilling will take place, but have been told thats partly why Kevin Killam is on the property. Kevin is to best place the drills so that we get our best shot at what they think would be the feeder system to the anomalies. I assume, that it is perceived that the feeder system would have the highest gold grade on the property, if found.

I have been exploring the above for a few days now and have a theory. Keep in mind, I am not a geologist and anything you read beyond this point, is only my thoughts and opinions.

There are several reasons why I find the first paragraph of this post very interesting.

1) To not put deep holes into the anomaly itself, leads me to beleive that the 600m holes, reaching into the heart of the anomaly, has provided enough information that, they don,t have to drill this further. I was told they were drilling 600 m holes during the shallow drilling, this is almost complete, if not complete by now. The 600m holes were drilled on a dip of 65 degrees, this would put you approximately 500m verticle depth, and approx 400m into the giant anomaly.

If the gold mineralization was consistant for example 1 g/t from the time they entered the top of the anomaly,at roughly 100 m below surface, until they finished, at approx 500 m verticle depth, this would most likely be all the info you would need from that area at this time. Lori said the center of the anomaly lies approx 600m below the surface and at 500m, you are pretty close to the center.

2) To change plans, and jump away from the anomaly to find the feeder, says that they want to prove up a larger area than the anomaly. To do this now, and change plans, could mean that Lori knows we have enough proof for the anomaly and that she must start to prove up as much as she can, before she releases the first shallow drill results.Because, if the shallow drill results are excellent, she may be thinking that 1 of the major interests might make an offer. She knows her shareholders are loyal, but if $50 per share is thrown in front of them, many may take it and unable her to get maximum value for the shareholders if the property is worth multiples of $100. This could also explain why she is holding back on getting things assayed, she is afraid if she releases trenching or drill results, it could prompt an offer. The best way to control this, would be to release nothing at this time. Visual observations by the geo,s and anyone else on the property, may be able to tell her if the samples look good, even before getting them assayed. This would be all the info she would need to know that she should proceed with caution.

3)Another angle to this would be; a major nowadays wants to know whats at or near the surface. By Lori denying the public that info (there are no non disclosures in place, thank god), it keeps the majors guessing and at bay. If a major wanted to know bad enough , they might just try to sneak someone on the property to have a peek. So Lori probably knows she has enough proof for the near surface stuff, now she has to prove up some deep mine life gold, for if/when an offer comes. If she doesn,t do it this way now, and find the greatest reward, the feeder system, she might not get a chance to do it, if a low ball offer was accepted by the majority of shareholders.

Now for a little geology.

It has always been my beleif that the feeder zone was on the east side of the property, starting in the vicinity of Zona Central and running south. I am talking about the main conduit responsible for the mineralization of the anomalies. By looking at the dip of the veins on the property, you can tell a story. The dip of a vein is the direction the fluid came from, for example; an east dipping vein means the source came from the east. This rule can vary in epithermal systems, but we are a mesothermal system which runs deep and the main faults also tells us the dip from where the fluids came.

On the Zona Canchete, the deep dipping veins of the C-2,5 and 7, dip east, suggesting that the source must be to the east. The other veins C-1,3,4,6, AND 8, dip south, suggesting the source came from the south. There was most likely 2 different events in this area, changing the strike of these veins, there is photo evidence of this (crack and seal processes) nevertheless, put the 2 clues together, and it should point you southeast for the source. Take into consideration that the Zona Central, (where the giant anomaly is) has main veins dipping to the east, as well as the Zona Sur and Zona Incognito. It is also very interesting to note, that there are veins at Zona Sur that dip to the north. If you remember that there were veins at Zona Canchete that dipped to the south, now with these veins at Zona Sur dipping to the North, and the veins at Zona Central dipping to the east, you should be able to imagine the giant anomaly being the source to these 3 areas. But where is the source of these 3 areas? Your main veins that dip steeply east should point you there. The Zona Incognito veins also dip steeply east, but it may be they are displaced from the main trend strike, by a cross fault. And there is evidence of this, if you look on google earth. Nevertheless, the whole mineralized trend, from the north end of the property into Chance E has the main veins dipping east. It should be logical to beleive that the source is deep and to the east of the main corridor.

If you look at the TM & TE images taken by the Titan, in our tech report, you will see some structures. The ones on lines 1250 and 1750, are of interest to me. They are deep structures that have approx a 70 degree dip and may the main source we have on the property. This would suggest to me that where Kevin will most likely position those drills, would be approx half way between Zona Central and Zona Incognito, on the eastern side of the property.
