IMO, the chances for finding another Tesoro in the near term are mighty slim. But like greaser said, the next big find will be by technology, and this increases the probability that more will be found. Nevertheless, although early for the Havilah properties, I don,t think anything to the magnitude of the Tesoro, will be found there, but I hope I am wrong.
I beleive there may have been more work done on at least one of the Havilah properties, possibly 2, that has yet to be reported on. I think I remember reading that some sampling was being done? I beleive you should research the Gold Summit property for its prospects, but don,t forget the Beaverdell.
I asked Murry if he knew what price the Havilah shares would start trading at, he said he thought it might be .30, but he wasn,t sure. I did some quick math and came up with possibly between .09-.15 cents, but not sure.
But, lets say it starts trading at .25 for simplicities sake. There are 5 properties, (I am not counting the Carmi/South Rim properties because I am unsure how much value to Havilah they will be in the future, because of option agreements). But, to keep it simple, we will use 5 properties.
There will be approx 6 million shares distributed with most likely 2 million more through a PP, brings the total to around 8 million shares. Multiply 8 million by .25 per share , equals a market cap of 2 million dollars. Divide that by 5 properties = $400k for each property. That seems like quite a bargain to me. But remember that no/little new work can be done on these properties until around May, when the weather permits. But, also remember that the initial amount of shares outstanding is very small and implys considerable room for sp upside sometime in the future. So, it depends on the sp this debuts at and what you think the total of those properties are worth.
If Lori can get a sale of the Tesoro finalized by March, it would enable all of us SLI holders to cash Havilah up through a huge PP and get that ball rolling. If she could do this, and allow us to participate in the PP, she would have the loyal SLI shareholders and make Havilah as strong as SLI is. But I am rushing things again, and this probably is not a reasonable time line, it would take longer.
I beleive in time, Havilah will be another great investment, if things evolve the way we think.
