Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
I would like to mention some things that Lori talked about at the AGM.
1) The fact that she said one of the reasons for doing the last PP was to cash up the treasury in case of a hostile offer. She must beleive this is a very real possibility once the results are released to take this kind of defensive action. I can only guess what is going through her mind, in regards to her forward strategy. A few have scoffed at the idea of an offer upon first drill results, but its evident she beleives there is a chance. I beleive there are more exciting things that she is not telling us in regards to the property, I only wish I knew these things, or at least some of the grades and locations.
Another aspect of the PP discussion was how she defended her actions on who would get it. I have to say it was a good justification when she said she didn,t want existing shareholders selling to get the warrants and driving the stock back to $1.60 or so. Her explanation of retaining strength in the sp by doing it this way, did make sense.
2) She mentions the "widespread open pittable zones on surface" that were found as a result of the first Quantec. To my knowledge, and research, these zones were confined to small test areas, to now say "widespread" may be a clue, they have expanded these zones to more than just tests. They were doing more work in these areas with the ongoing trenching, and she also commented that we were taking the trenching to the Chance E border.Here is one release dealing with the early testing;

3)Lori referred to the anomaly as a shallow drill target, from the surface down to 500m. I am not clear on what she meant down to 500m, but suspect she means that is how far we are drilling it. The most important thing is she specifically states it starts at surface. If our recent trenching tested the surface portion horizontal, and the drills vertical, there is little left to prove there.
4) It was very interesting to hear Herb Haft,s comment on the strength of the stock. How he said it was very important that this was a retail based stock and the value of that. I guess it may mean more to me, because I have said that many times, but to hear it come from a man of that calibre, means something.
Another interesting point he made was in reference to the majors being on the prowl. And the impact the results that are about to be shown may have on a major considering what we have. He seemed to say with conviction "results that are about to be shown" as if he knew they were good?
5) The fact she says about keeping the drills there incase we have to do more drilling, adds to the takeout scenario. She does make reference to takeout several times in conjunction with other topics as well. Interesting.
6) In her presentation, she says we have 6 properties in B.C. and 5 in Peru. Vilcoro, Cueva Blanca and Tesoro makes 3 in Peru. I guess Chance E that is optioned to Intigold is number 4. The 5 th property must be comprised of Chance A,B,C,D, and F.
She also says that 4 of the 6 B.C. properties are optioned out, and that 3 of the Peruvian properties are optioned out. We know that Cueva Blanca and Chance E are optioned out, but the third is unclear to me. She did make reference in another part of the presentation that the 2 northern properties were optioned out, those being the Vilcoro and the Cueva Blanca. The problem I have with what seems to be a contradiction, is that I am unaware of any option on the Vilcoro, unless I missed it.
7) Lori spoke of it was McElhanney that comprised the 3D image for us of the anomaly. Aparrently Quantec was too busy, and thats why the long wait we had. I found it interesting that Lori said they told her that the anomaly holds at least 3-4% sulphides. They made this assumption by comparing it to other companies models. Then she went on to say, when we were at 1-2% sulphides, we were getting a gold grade of 1 oz/t. Wish I would have been there to ask, " are you implying the anomaly contains 2 oz/t ?"
But it does make me wonder, we are only using 1 g/t in our estimates. If there is 30-60 times that, I would be speechless( I guess, or wouldn,t know how to react). When Lori said she is keeping the drill there in case we have to drill more, she must think that the first offer will be low ball, and that she has enough drilled now shallow to tell her what we got. But if the first offer is an insult, she is perfectly ready to show them more.
8) She made a comment that every step we take is "unreal", and follows that up with we have a batting average of 1000 so far. In Lori,s presentation last year, she was more cautious and maybe reserved, quite a change this year!
The above were just some points I brought to the board after referring to notes and input from someone that attended the AGM. These are all legitimate quotes by Lori and my interpretation of them.
