Those are only the visible shorts.

Volumes have been very low the last few days so only a few thousand shares on the ask can affect the SP. But I definitely agree the 200k shares short wouldn't be risking a lot of their shares to control the SP. And that's if it was only one trader with the 200k short. Which it likely isn't.
