Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
I think its interesting and good that we have Murry in China, Lori in New York and Lloyd in Peru all around the same time. We will also have someone at the 49 North Resource Conference in San Fransico on Dec 13-14, most likely this will be Lori. It all appears to be promo on Murry,s and Lori,s part and this should help support the stock before and around news time.
For me, the fact that Murry was sent to China for promo, suggests that what is known about the Tesoro to date, has to be good. I can,t see the company spending this much money on travel if they don,t have the goods to back it up. Some may say that our sp is overvalued at the current $2, Murry and Lori can,t think that, or they wouldn,t try to get more investors in at this level. Also for Murry to be in China for a week, may suggest something other than just promo, as MRVegas alluded to. Don,t forget, a Chinese company owns a couple blocks of land on our east border. If management thought we may come into play upon release of some extraordinary results, you would think it sensible to talk to your neighbours prior to such an announcement. Maybe some form of agreements will be signed while he is in China?I should add here that there are a couple little properties on the east and north sides also, held by locals? I beleive Lloyd went to Peru the last time that we got new properties. If this deposit is gonna be open pit, we need all the surrounding property we can get.
The interviews in New York, although only a guest appearance by Lori, signifies something to me. It would seem that she is getting warmed up for something big. Why else would you bother to go on TV if this is only gonna be an average deposit? Surely the plan must be a follow up appearance after news comes out? Her "10 bagger " comment is intriguing. Also, was the Forbes interview setting the stage for something?
Lori wanted a big part of that last PP for some reason. Sure, she gets the warrants that doubles the million shares that she sold to participate in the PP, BUT, these warrants have a strike price around $2.10. So, these warrants are no good to her unless the sp is appreciable above that $2.10 mark. She also incurred a tax situation when she sold that 1 million shares in the gypsy swap.
Where the extensive trenching program is meticulous and ongoing, suggests to me that they are leaving no stone unturned in this program. They are identifying and counting/sampling every vein on that property. Before they started this trenching, we only had about 25% of the whole Tesoro surface explored and proof tested. With the whole surface trenched and the current drill program, I believe it may be enough work done to entertain an offer, if results indicate a world class deposit. There is a very good reason why Lori keeps stalling any results/assays from that property for the last 18 months, and I believe they are real good reasons.
These are just my speculative thoughts, everyone think as they wish.
