I classify myself as a moderately informed investor in SLI.I have a medium understanding of geology and drilling and I’ve read most of the Link Library and forum posts (since Aug. 2011).My weakest understanding (which is picking up speed very fast) is my knowledge of gold mining. When the assay results come out I will be relying heavily on this forum and analyst reports to interpret the SLI findings.

When I’m doing my DD I keep my eyes peeled for a few key points (or so I think they are key):

-What would deal makers look like (i.e.What do I need to look for in the analyst report or SLI press release that are good/great indicators that support my hopes of a buyout?)

-What would deal breakers look like (i.e.What do I need to look for in the analyst report or SLI press release that are bad/devastating indicators that decimate my hopes of a buyout?)

The better I understand some of these, the more confident I will be responding to any results.I’m hoping when news starts to be released that I will be able to scan for these key points.
