In an effort to provide this community with an adequate response to a small group of posters recent behavior, we wish to inform everyone that the next person or people to be found in violation to our six rules of use will be immediately banned - and this decision will not be further discussed.

We have wasted close to OUR ENTIRE DAY, dealing with a situation that is both perpetual, immature, and one that next to nobody condones.

Though nothing would make us happier to be there for them 24/7, it simply can't be done as our admins are human and need coffee, cigarettes and other pleasantries to keep them going the next day. We ask our members to point out the nature of their requests using the general contact box, or the email address contactagora@agoracom.com in their attempts to get our attention.

It makes no sense further disrupting the discussion forum with this nonsense if they perpetuate it themselves on the discussion forum.

HUB Leaders are people who take time out of their lives to be the eyes and ears of the community. They are true rockstars who have only attained this rank due to their contributions to the SLI HUB as well as from input from those around them (in other words, members like YOU sculpin!). For the greater part they are doing an excellent job but at the end of the day they are people and are susceptible to making mistakes in their judgements. Nobody is happy when it happens but it does. During this time we ask all members with any complaints about forum moderation to contact us and us only directly.

Send us a note. NOTHING IS LEFT UNANSWERED. We are here to help. Writing a nasty message and posting it on the discussion forum or sending it privately to the HUB Leader is just not the right thing to do. Especially if an error was made that HUB Leader will feel twice as bad. So please, keep requests of this nature away from the discussion forum, and if possible, do not contact the HUB Leader via the private messaging system to give them an idea of what's on your mind. Let emotions subside, read a book, watch a hockey game, but do not go yelling at others or implying that they have any kind of agenda other than protecting in their very best views the interests of the SLI Community here on AGORACOM.

As such, as of BEGINING NOW, those in violation of any of the rules below will have to deal with the following:

First Foul - Termination

We will have a zero tolerance policy towards:

Bickering, Profanity, Name Calling, Accusations, Repetition, Posting any statements or issues that cannot be substantiated in any factual or tangible means and Off Topic personal messages on the Main Discussion board.

Any messages that include a comment, statement or language that may infuriate, inflame, enrage or otherwise defame one's persona (online or real) a specific poster or unspecified group will be deleted - this includes comments that are made as a footnote addition to an otherwise thoughtful fact based statement.

Those of you who have known me understand this has nothing to do with ego and power. It has everything to do with returning this HUB to its original purposes - the constructive discussion of St. Elias Mines and industry fundamentals leading to the most informed investment decision possible.

If you have a problem, a question or a comment to make that does not deal with St. Elias Mines, DO NOT POST IT HERE YOUR MESSAGE WILL BE DELETED AND YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE BANNED!!!!!!!!!

Please submit those comments to contactagora@agoracom.com and be aware that a response may take up to 24 hours to arrive given unusually high volumes.

We understand that we are heading in to the holidays and as such we will be providing service during even less hours as we are all heading to our seasons obligations. As such any offenders will be banned and won't have access to AGORACOM until after the new year.

We are asking all of you to take today away from your screens and allow cooler heads to prevail. I kindly ask everyone to consider their fellow shareholders, who flock to the board by the thousands to catch up on the company's latest developments. We demand you keep any personal differences off the forum.
