Rusoro is in Venezuela and the government there is vastly different from Peru, as is Columbia etc. I do not like to see and immensely object to parallels being drawn from other countries that have absolutely nothing to do with Tesoro. To some people this is an alarming statement, and if already uneasy may tip their scale to sell, an unwarranted reason.

Small aggressive nations that accept other nations funding and then turn around and exploit them will eventually suffer from lack of funding, the possibility of sanctions and if you tease a power such as China you may find a hoard of expert Chinese nationalists landing with more than adequate protection to look after their interests. Imagine that scenario!
