Share structure is very very close to SLI as well. They have 123.6 Million Fully Diluted shares outstanding (as of Sept 30, 2011) & SLI has 130,410,533 (as of Nov 29, 2011)

The numbers of shares outstanding, are equally important as the number of OZ you have!
