I have a problem with that if its true. I don,t believe it is in my best interest as a shareholder to have our CEO turning away potential suitors on the basis that she doesn,t want to do business with China. It could be considered as a restriction to obtaining maximum value for shareholders under the basis that an open auction process would be denied to the shareholders. If we ever sell the Tesoro under a bidding process, or any of our other properties, which that is what we do, prove up properties and sell to majors down the road, we are entitled to have every bidder at the table during such times.

To deny the Chinese as individual investors also, raises my eyebrow. Is it not in the shareholders best interest to have more investors come in regardless of their nationality?Maybe Lori can justify why she doesn,t want Chinese money in this stock, I don,t know, but I have no problem with it.

So, she doesn,t want the Chinese as a possible suitor, and it also appears that she may be choosy in who she eventually sells the Tesoro to. She said at the AGM that one company was chased off the Tesoro that was snooping around.I believe she said something like there was no confidentiality agreements signed either, someone correct me on that if it is wrong. We heard that as many as a dozen big miners were getting our news releases.

We are supposed to be in an advertising mode on all our properties, its what we do, and as far as I know, I have seen no new business plan that says otherwise. Therefore, we promote and should offer whatever prospects we have from each property to the market, flaunt them. Not chase interests away and put out no news to keep big guys interested, while these big guys fill their reserves up else where.

Anyone can think what they wish, but for me I still say that she has been talking to a possible suitor behind closed doors, why else would you turn away possible suitors and not put out any sample results in news releases for 18 months or so? She did release some results, but she put them on the website and not in the form of a news release that one of the 12 big miners could easily see. She has the majority of shares in safe hands, around 70%, this would thwart any hostile bid, so she knows there is no concern there and can,t use the excuse that a low ball offer would be accepted, because it wouldn,t. No body is prying these shares from us, there is very little retail selling. By putting out regular results and putting out proper news release on material info, it helps maintain the SP or puts it higher. By doing this, keeping the sp up, its less dilution for us shareholders, whereas a high sp enables her to get the same amount of money but at a lesser expense to shareholders. The last PP most likely could have been done at $2.50 or better, had the trenching results been out before she decided to do it, or she could have did it at other times when the sp was higher throughout the year.To choose to do a PP at one of the lowest sp,s of the year, does not make much sense to me.. She announced the PP in mid Aug, we started trenching and had 250 samples collected by June 1st. If she had to wait until Sept 1st to get the trenching results back, then she could have done her PP most likely at a higher price and it would have been done in the best interest of shareholders, if this was the case. Now you might say maybe the results were bad, thats no excuse, she couldn,t do a PP while in reciept of assays.

I still say that there is accumulation going on and that there could be behind the scenes talk with an interested party. Those of you that heard Lori say that they never got a bad result from the Tesoro property, should tell you that we should not get any now.

This is all in my opinion and some or all may be 100% wrong, but at this point in time, what else am I supposed to believe?
