What concerns me right now is the frame of mind a lot of investors are in right now. Without any tangible news to focus on people are starting to lose patience and frustration in the company is growing. Posts of selling massive amounts of shares are becoming numerous and whispers of replacing Lori will soon become shouts. What better time for for a lowball offer or takeout than when shareholders are fed up.

It wasn't that long ago when the talk was of a unified shareholder base, we were going to get the most we could, there was no way a company was going to take us for less than what we figured we were worth. Do you think that rings true today? I think the longer we go without anything positive to hold on to the more likely people would accept the first thing offered to them. I would bet that if a $20 offer came tomorrow all you would see is heels and butts running for the hills after accepting it. "A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush" would be the thought pattern then.
