Sorry, but in no way is this a good thing. Even if we have 3 new Geos, it will take them a long time to gain the experience and knowledge of Tesoro that we just lost today. If somebody at work quits and a new hire comes in, it's never a smoothe transition and a steep learning curve. Results will take even longer now.
