As promised - I contacted Lori, received an email response earlier today, and guess what ?

She has agreed to a tele-conference within the next 30 days.

In her response to me, she simply stated she has been very busy and will be available by the end of January.

Once I coordinate an exact date and time, I promise to share with the board.
