What order do you put the news in?

My inclination (based on experience as a CEO) is to put out so-so news first, and save the best for last. The intent is to build from worst to best, and maintain positive momentum.

Leading with the best news (such as a drill result from the heart of the mother lode) means that all the news after that is less impressive. You end up never being as good as you once was[sic].

Regardless of what order you choose, every story should be complete in and of itself. As we saw, the gaps in the hastily issued NR led to speculation all over the map. Nothing at all would have been preferable (20-20 hindsight).
