While you may not have the experience...if you are facing these challenges head on with your eyes wide open..experience is only a very small part necessary to come to a conclusion in your mind. If you are honest with yourself and rationally consider ACTUAL actions by management...you can be certain that you will be close to an accurate conclusion for you...and that is even before you add less fact based measures like gut feelings.

A note to all readers...

I urge everyone who reads this to NEVER underestimate your ability to evaluate (both positive and negative) what is going on regardless of your experience.

The harsh reality is...nobody at the end of the day cares about the future of you or your family except you. It is up to you and you only to control its outcome.
